In the Financial Mail (Feb 06, 2009), Zev Krengel (of the South African Jewish Board of Deputies) states: "For example, if you look at the recent clashes in Kinshasa, 600 people were killed in just two days. In Gaza 1 200 Palestinians were killed in three weeks, and we believe this shows some restraint."

Sorry Zev, what were we thinking? Thanks for clearing that up, we now know what the Israeli definition of humane is.

Have started re-reading a book I picked up almost 20 years ago. It’s called Leadership Aikido by John O’Neil. Here are some of the keys points. Old-style industrial-era command and control leadership is not sustainable.
